Fusion is a lifestyle magazine focused on all things music. It includes industry related news and culture. Fusion magazine fuses the gap between modern and classic music by blending various genres into one space for music lovers to discover and enjoy.

The overall magazine aesthetic is youthful and modern with hip-hop influences. For the design and layout of Fusion, I chose to use black and white to create a classic luxurious feel and have splashes of colour to pop out and draw attention, ultimately creating Fusion’s signature style. The images are all edited to compliment this style as well by either being black and white or matching the corresponding page colour. The type choices and chunky rectangle/block motif is spread throughout the magazine to emphasize the modern and off-centered approach.
